1. The Service
Radiance Group Ltd provides LinkedIn profile creation, optimisation, and ongoing management services for care workers and healthcare professionals in the United Kingdom. Our service includes:
- A free LinkedIn profile audit delivered via email or WhatsApp
- A one-time profile setup (£25) including a full profile rewrite
- Monthly LinkedIn management plans (Professional at £15.99/mo or Career Accelerator at £55.99/mo)
2. Your Account and Responsibilities
To use our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your work history, qualifications, and identity
- Give us access to your LinkedIn account as necessary to deliver the service
- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties other than us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We will build your profile based on what you tell us — we cannot verify every detail independently.
3. Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply:
- The one-time setup fee of £25 is charged before your profile build begins
- Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period
- All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or an equivalent payment processor
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your monthly management service
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with no penalty and no minimum notice period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that
- The one-time setup fee of £25 is non-refundable once your profile has been delivered
- If your profile has not yet been started and you cancel within 24 hours, we will offer a full refund of the setup fee at our discretion
- Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable for the period already paid
5. Delivery and Timescales
- Your free audit will be delivered within 24 hours of your request on business days
- Your completed LinkedIn profile will be delivered within 48 hours of us receiving all required information from you
- Monthly management activities (posting, connection outreach) are completed within each calendar month
- We are not liable for delays caused by you not providing the information we need
6. Results and Outcomes
We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, interview invitations, or recruiter contact. We will optimise your LinkedIn profile to the highest professional standard, but results depend on many factors outside our control including the job market, your qualifications, and recruiter behaviour.
7. Intellectual Property
The written content we create for your LinkedIn profile is produced for your personal use. Once delivered and paid for, you own the copy and may use it freely on LinkedIn and your CV. Radiance Group Ltd retains the right to use anonymised or consented examples as case studies in our marketing materials.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information you share with us as confidential. We will not share your details with third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding any internal processes or pricing information we share with you.
9. Agent Programme
Agents who refer clients to Radiance Group Ltd agree to the following:
- Commission of 10% is payable on the monthly fee of each referred client who remains on the service for at least one full billing month
- Commission rises to 15% once an agent has successfully referred 20 or more qualifying clients (cumulative, not per month)
- Commission is paid monthly, 30 days in arrears
- Agents must not make false or misleading claims about our service when referring clients
- Radiance Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate an agent relationship if misrepresentation occurs
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiance Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service, including loss of employment opportunity or income. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
